TERMS &  CONDITIONS

• Above Tariff All Taxes are includes.
• Rates are quoted in INR only.
• Rates are per room per night, Room + Breakfast basis.
• All meals are served on fixed menu basis.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two adults.
• Child below 05 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge.
• Tariff is subject to change without any prior notice.
• Rates may subject to increase on or between following calendar days:

  Diwali - 05 days before and 03 days after Diwali,

  Holi - 05 days before and 03 days after Holi.

Guarantee Policy

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by confirmation Cash & local cheques in favour of ''Achrol Niwas Resort” or NEFT to our account.
• All major credit cards are accepted at hotel.

Cancellation Policy

• No charge will be levied for cancellations if the reservation is been cancelled at least 20 days prior to planned date of arrival.
• Charges for one night's stay will be levied for cancellation request received within 10 days but not less than 07 days prior to the arrival date.
• Full stay charges will be levied for cancellation requests received within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• All Room reservations during 21st Dec to 05th Jan (including Holiday Season Supplement) with advance payment will be accepted.
• Holiday season supplement will be charged extra which is Mandatory & Obligatory from 21st Dec to 05th January.
• During 21st Dec to 05th January all bookings payments should be 100% advance and non refundable in case of any cancellation.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. For early arrival or late departure requests, guests may contact the resort directly at reservation@achrolniwas.com or at (+91) 9829052270.

Should you have any special preferences or requests, please inform our reservations team while making your booking.

Transfers

We will arrange transfers from and to the airport or railway station at Jaipur. We request you to inform us of your flight or train details in advance. In case you are making your own arrangements, please advise on your expected arrival time at the resort so we may prepare for your arrival accordingly.
